About the role
We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to take ownership of partner relationships in the healthcare sector. You will identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partnerships to drive business growth using a consultative approach.
What you'll do
- Own and manage the entire partnership lifecycle from identification to long-term relationship maintenance
- Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities that align with business goals
- Co-develop and implement product strategies with existing partners
- Drive Go-to-Market strategies with key partners
- Review, negotiate, and approve partnership agreements
- Lead implementation processes as key interface between partners and internal teams
- Oversee partner projects ensuring smooth execution and alignment with objectives
- Define and monitor KPIs for partnerships and overall partnership function
What you'll need
- Several years of experience in partnership management or similar role with client/partner negotiation experience
- Strong understanding of partnership models and agreements with contract negotiation skills
- Solid sales and marketing knowledge for seamless team coordination
- Project management skills for smooth partner initiative execution
- Strategic thinking ability to identify long-term partnership opportunities
- Data-driven approach with KPI definition and monitoring experience
- Technical understanding to facilitate integrations between partners and engineers
- Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1)
