About the role
You'll lead the operational and financial performance of GetYourGuide's inhouse sales team as part of the Business Operations & Strategy team. This role involves defining AI-first sales workflows and executing a major sales scale initiative projected to generate 1bn€ in company revenue over the next 3 years.
What you'll do
- Own the operational and financial performance of inhouse sales Account Executives
- Define and implement world-class AI-first Sales workflow including tooling with Sales leadership and Sales Enablement team
- Decide which markets and supplier segments the channel will focus on
- Develop robust funnel management for lead generation and performance forecasting
- Execute the Sales Scale case projected to yield 1bn€ of company topline over 3 years
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in Operations and Strategy
- Experience building and steering world-class Sales organizations
- Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems into actionable milestones
- Excel at managing large data sets using tools like Excel, Looker, Power BI
- Ability to proactively handle high ambiguity and work independently
