About the role
Leapsome is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead editorial work for the German market. You'll build a high-quality content engine, adapt global narratives for German-speaking audiences, and drive organic growth through strategic content creation and SEO initiatives.
What you'll do
- Lead editorial planning, content briefs, reviews, and publishing for German-language content across all formats
- Create and adapt high-quality content including articles, landing pages, email sequences, social copy, and webinar scripts
- Build scalable, data-informed content strategies and workflows to grow quality alongside volume
- Own SEO and AEO initiatives to grow organic presence in German-speaking markets
- Drive AI tool adoption for localization, content production, and experimentation while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with global demand generation, product marketing, and campaign teams on localized multichannel programs
What you'll need
- 5+ years of German content marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or HRTech
- Native-level fluency or bilingual proficiency in German with excellent editorial instincts
- Strong English skills for internal collaboration
- Expertise in content strategy, SEO, and emerging AI applications in content creation
- Analytical mindset combined with creative editorial instincts and data-driven decision making
- Genuine interest in workplace transformation and HR technology
- Resilient, proactive, and adaptable working style in fast-moving environments
