About the role
As a Partner Growth Manager for Battery Storage Solutions, you'll build and develop sales-focused partnerships with installation companies, manufacturers, industry associations, and software providers. You'll drive growth through strategic partnerships that accelerate the energy transition while delivering measurable customer value through cost reduction, flexibility, and additional revenue streams.
What you'll do
- Build sales-driven partnerships for intelligent battery storage control systems that drive growth goals with clear customer benefits and measurable KPIs
- Identify, qualify, and activate partnerships with installation companies, battery storage manufacturers, and energy consultancies to acquire new business customers
- Develop new market segments and build long-term relationships with associations and industry partners to enhance brand awareness and customer access
- Analyze and optimize existing partnerships, driving continuous improvements in offer processes, compensation structures, and partner marketing activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop and implement partnership strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to make informed strategic decisions
What you'll need
- 2+ years of experience in a dynamic environment focused on partnerships or customer relationships, ideally in energy or battery storage sectors
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in developing successful partnerships and interpersonal dynamics
- Strong networking skills and comfort in establishing new business contacts
- Excellent communication skills in German (fluent) and English (B2 level)
- Basic understanding of energy markets and relevant technologies (EMS, BESS, intraday/spot markets) preferred
