About the role

A Sales Strategy & Operations Manager position at a Berlin-based automotive tech startup, focusing on analyzing sales data, generating business insights, and optimizing sales processes. You'll work closely with sales leadership, product, and finance teams to drive data-driven decision making and revenue growth.

What you'll do

  • Conduct deep analyses of sales metrics and generate actionable business insights for sales management
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau and Salesforce to track key KPIs
  • Automate recurring analyses and workflows using AI-powered tools like Dataleap or Langdock
  • Support sales leadership with forecasting, scenario analysis, and resource planning
  • Develop and implement sales processes, go-to-market models, incentive structures, and CRM infrastructure
  • Prepare analytical findings into clear decision templates and present recommendations to leadership
  • Take full project responsibility with opportunity for rapid advancement

What you'll need

  • Completed degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or comparable field
  • 1-3 years experience in analytical or generalist roles (Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Consulting, or similar startup functions)
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to derive clear decision recommendations from data
  • Experience structuring unclear problems independently and delivering results without detailed guidance
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Openness to AI-powered working methods and interest in productively using new tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mentality, and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Fluent German and English skills (C1 level)
