About the role
This is a 3-month minimum internship focused on building and scaling demand-side commercial foundation across European markets. You'll work on improving go-to-market approaches, creating scalable customer acquisition processes, and owning internationalization projects with top-management visibility.
What you'll do
- Improve go-to-market approach and build repeatable sales processes
- Create funnel transparency to enable scalable customer acquisition
- Conduct market research and support customer acquisition activities
- Handle lead sourcing, outreach support, and pipeline tracking
- Conduct customer interviews and localize marketing/sales materials
- Own internationalization project with top-management attention
What you'll need
- Currently enrolled in business-related degree (5th semester or higher, or Master's program)
- 3-4 relevant internships in startups, scale-ups, consulting, business development, or sales
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality
- Proven experience or affinity for direct sales, business development, or consulting
- Must be based in Berlin or Munich
- Strong communication skills and high motivation
