About the role

As a (Senior) Business Operations & Strategy Manager – Optimization (Pricing & Commission Operations), you are responsible for turning our pricing and commission strategy into action. Acting as the bridge between strategy, data and daily execution, you will ensure that commissioned and pricing initiatives are operationalized at scale—enabling Account Management to drive commercial results with their supplier partners.

What you'll do

  • Design and Optimize Commercial Processes: Build, implement, and continuously improve scalable workflows and best practices that empower Account Management teams and cross-functional partners to execute pricing and commission strategies effectively and drive operational excellence.
  • Global Enablement & Harmonization: Drive strategic programs to align, harmonize, and operationalize Account Management and Price & Commission Execution activities, ensuring consistency and localized adaptation for supply growth, engagement, and retention.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with our Pricing Team, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and regional Account Management leads to identify pricing and commission challenges, extract and roll out best practices, and co-create impactful, actionable solutions.
  • Data-driven Price & Commission Optimization: Leverage data and analytics to identify and implement operational optimization opportunities for pricing and commission, increasing supplier satisfaction, commercial effectiveness, and performance.
  • Operational Tooling & Reporting: Develop and deploy tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions to enable transparent tracking, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement in pricing and commission operations for Account Management.

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue, Commercial or Sales Operations, Strategy, Business Process Management, or similar; experience in a fast-paced tech, marketplace, or SaaS environment strongly preferred.
  • Proven expertise in operationalizing commercial strategies for pricing, commissions, or incentives at scale.
  • Experience building and rolling out processes, playbooks, and enablement resources for Account Management or Sales.
  • Highly collaborative, with a track record of effective cross-functional partnering and influencing.
  • Highly analytical with strong business acumen; skilled at using data to solve problems, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decisions (experience with SQL, BI tools like Looker, Power BI, Tableau a plus).
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through to delivery and adoption.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to drive alignment and influence globally diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
