About the role
We are looking for a highly analytical, strategic, action-oriented, and collaborative (Senior) Business Operations & Strategy Manager to join our dynamic Business Operations & Strategy (Optimization) team and help us to take our experiences to the next level! In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our Account Management across our regional offices, as well as with Sales Operations, Product, Marketing, and Analytics, to optimize, grow, and retain our global supply.
What you'll do
- Design and Optimize Operational Processes: Build, implement, and continuously improve scalable workflows and best practices that empower Account Management teams across all regions and cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence.
- Global Enablement & Harmonization: Drive strategic programs to align, harmonize, and optimize our local Account Management and Supply Optimization activities, ensuring consistency and localized adaptation for supply growth and retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and regional Account Management leaders to identify challenges, extract and roll out best practices, and co-create impactful solutions.
- Data-driven Supply Optimization: Leverage data and analytics to identify and implement optimization opportunities, increasing supplier satisfaction and performance.
- Operational AI first Tooling & Reporting: Develop and deploy AI enabled tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions to enable tracking, decision-making, and continuous improvement in Account Management operations.
- Project and Change Management: Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects—from concept through implementation and measuring success—with a focus on stakeholder alignment and effective change management.
What you'll need
- 3+ years' experience in Revenue, Commercial or Sales Operations, Strategy, Business Process Management, or similar; experience in a fast-paced tech, marketplace, or SaaS environment strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Account Management or Sales Operations, ideally having worked closely with or in such teams.
- Proven record of building and optimizing operational processes at scale, ideally supporting globally distributed teams.
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through to delivery and adoption.
- Highly analytical with strong business acumen; skilled at using data to solve problems, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decisions (experience with SQL, BI tools like Looker, Power BI, Tableau a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to drive alignment and influence globally diverse stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in high-ambiguity, high-growth environments; entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and driver of change.
- Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
