Product Engineer | Portfolio Experience

About the role

As Engineering anchor of a small, fast cross-functional team (No-Code, Data, AI), you'll build the platform that takes Enpal's Service Experience to the next level. You'll create products that have real impact – for customers with Enpal products and for the teams that support them daily.

What you'll do

• Build a "Portfolio OS" – a central view of all products, contracts, processes and communication history of a customer
• Develop Agent Cockpits, Admin-Tools and customer-facing flows that actively guide customers through complex Enpal processes
• Create the skills our AI Agents need to deliver better customer service
• Build concrete AI use cases along the service journey: intelligent routing, AI Service Agents, Expert Agents and guardrails
• Make prototyped solutions scalable, secure and maintainable
• Ensure the team becomes faster independently through good patterns
• Measure whether the Customer Experience actually improves

What you'll need

• Experience bringing products from prototype to production
• Love clean architectures without getting lost in perfection
• Experience with web products, tool integrations and AI/LLM applications
• Ability to work fast and prototype with No-Code/AI in days, not months
