About the role

We are looking for a high-energy, strategic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our EMEA sales team. This is a majorly outbound-focused role where you will be the engine of our growth, identifying and engaging key stakeholders within well established organisations. You will be a partner to our Sales and Marketing teams, leveraging a modern tech stack and representing us in person at major industry conferences and trade shows across the EMEA region.

What you'll do

  • Identify and research high-value accounts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, and AI-driven intent data to map out complex organizational structures.
  • Contact potential leads via email, phone, and social media to introduce the company's products or services.
  • Assess the needs and potential of leads to determine their suitability for the company's offerings — uncovering business pain points and ensuring every discovery call you set is high-value.
  • Travel to conferences and trade-shows to represent the company (20% Travel), engaging prospects face-to-face and turning "passing interest" into qualified pipeline.
  • Work in lockstep with Account Executives to develop territory plans and provide deep account intelligence that helps win complex enterprise deals.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions in HubSpot, track conversion rates, and iterate on messaging based on market feedback.
  • Achieve or exceed set quotas for meetings set-up and deals created.

What you'll need

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably enterprise-level.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting — you view a "No" as a request for more information and enjoy the hunt of finding the right person.
  • Exceptional communication skills across cold calls, written outreach, and face-to-face interactions at trade shows.
  • Familiarity with a modern sales stack (HubSpot, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and an interest in using AI tools to enhance your workflow.
  • Fluent in English, German, or any other European language.

Nice to have

  • Background in geospatial, remote sensing, or experience with energy (T&D, pipeline).

What they offer

  • Flexible working hours and healthy work-life balance.
  • Significant responsibility with autonomy to drive change and innovate.
  • Continuous learning through internal workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and hackathons.
  • Fair remuneration with opportunity to participate in company ownership via VESOP.
  • Wellness, life insurance, and other benefits.
