About the role
Technical Onboarding specialist for practice management software supporting medical practices and hospitals with implementing Doctolib products. You'll serve as the technical contact point for complex IT cases and product integrations including AI-based phone assistants and appointment management solutions.
What you'll do
- Serve as proactive technical contact for users regarding technical prerequisites for Doctolib usage
- Conduct data migration processes from customer data into Doctolib applications
- Provide technical support for complex issues during and shortly after onboarding
- Integrate practice management software and appointment management solutions with AI-based phone assistant
- Collaborate closely with sales, project teams, customer support, and development teams
What you'll need
- Excellent communication skills for in-person, phone, and online meeting interactions
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, VPNs and their setup
- Programming experience in JavaScript and Python plus SQL databases with demonstrable projects
- Very good German skills (minimum C1) and very good English skills (minimum C1)
- High level of curiosity and motivation for products, technical processes and healthcare transformation
Nice to have
- Experience with practice management systems (PVS/PMS) or EHR systems
- Experience in release management or software testing (Windows and web applications), especially in SaaS environments
- Knowledge of monitoring and troubleshooting tools like Kibana, Datadog, or Elasticsearch
