We are looking for a proactive, creative, and highly motivated Talent Marketing Intern to support our channel marketing and university partnership initiatives. What you'll do

• Help plan and execute campaigns that drive measurable growth in candidate engagement across social media, email, and job platforms.
• Create content that strengthens the company's employer brand and resonates with the target audience.
• Identify and optimize high-performing channels, making campaigns more effective over time.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all recruitment channels.
• Build relationships with universities, student organizations, and career centers to expand early-talent pipelines.
• Support campus events and initiatives to deliver high engagement and positive candidate experiences.
• Gather feedback from universities and students to inform strategic improvements in partnership programs.
• Support campus ambassador programs and outreach activities to enhance the company's presence and employer brand on key campuses.
