About the role
We're looking for a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Partner to help Moss attract and hire top talent for our Product and Design teams across Europe. You'll work directly with the CPO and leadership team to manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer management.
What you'll do
- Source, screen and manage candidates using various sourcing techniques and channels
- Manage the entire candidate journey from initial contact through offer management
- Partner directly with CPO and Product/Design leadership on all hiring needs
- Develop deep understanding of business needs to support better hiring decisions
- Collect requirements for new vacancies and ensure aligned understanding of candidate profiles
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce friction in the interview process
What you'll need
- Previous experience hiring high-caliber Product Management talent
- Strong sourcing skills to engage with top candidates in the market
- Fluent in English (C1 minimum)
- Inquisitive mindset with ability to ask intelligent and insightful questions
- Good judgement to objectively determine the right course of action
- Trustworthy approach to building relationships and managing expectations
- Methodical and structured approach to workflows and information presentation
- Adaptive communication skills to tailor messaging to different audiences
