Junior Product Manager – Deposit Payments and Bank Integrations

About the role

You'll be a Product Manager for the Deposit Payments and Bank Integrations team, owning the end-to-end movement, reconciliation, and reporting of customer funds. You'll manage interfaces between Raisin and partner banks, ensuring reliable payment flows and accurate financial reporting across the platform.

What you'll do

• Plan, draft and track quarterly OKRs to keep the team aligned with milestones
• Lead discovery and delivery of products/features across backend services, APIs, and internal tools
• Bridge disciplines by translating technical requirements into understandable user outcomes
• Work with cross-functional squads to refine product requirements and create actionable user stories
• Improve reporting accuracy and payment reliability across the platform
• Document integration standards and reconciliation processes

What you'll need

• Degree in analytical or technical discipline (Math, Engineering, CS, Finance)
• 3+ years overall experience with 1-2 years in product, operations, or business analysis
• Strong understanding of web and software product development (APIs, backend/frontend)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
• Detail-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn

Nice to have

• Exposure to SQL or data analysis
• Understanding of system integrations and communication
• Interest in payments, reconciliation, or fintech
