About the role

As our AI & Venture Development Tech Intern, you will work directly with our founder and tech lead. Your mandate is straightforward: find manual processes across the company and replace them with smarter, more scalable solutions — in sales, customer onboarding, team workflows, or wherever time is currently being wasted.

What you'll do

  • Identify repetitive manual workflows across teams and build automations using tools like Claude, Claude Code, Gemini, and Google Workspace.
  • Embed modern AI tools into existing workflows so they create genuine value rather than becoming yet another unused tool.
  • Set up structured, automated pipelines that run without manual nudging and do not depend on individual people.
  • Own projects end to end — from concept to implementation — and be accountable for the outcome.
  • Recognize when a quick solution delivers more value than a weeks-long project and allocate your time accordingly.
  • Support the management and evolution of technical infrastructure, focusing on integrations, APIs, and automation platforms.
  • Translate technical possibilities into understandable solutions so colleagues across the company can benefit without going deep into the underlying technology.

What you'll need

  • Studying a field that combines computer science and business, such as Information Systems, Digital Business, or a comparable degree.
  • Solid technical foundation and ability to pick up new tools and systems quickly.
  • General understanding of how APIs work; comfortable connecting services, reading documentation, and figuring things out by experimenting.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude, Claude Code, Gemini, or similar — used to actually get things done, not just chat.
  • Solution-oriented mindset: you try things out rather than waiting for instructions.
  • Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical people.
  • Fluent in English. Native-level German is a strong plus.
