Senior Quality Enablement Engineer

About the role

As a QAOps / Quality Enablement Engineer, you'll transform quality from a reactive process into a fast, automated feedback system. You'll design and implement shift-left quality mechanisms that enable engineering teams to ship code with confidence and speed while preventing regressions in critical healthcare integrations.

What you'll do

• Design and build fast feedback loops including tests, pipelines, and observability that provide engineers with signals in minutes
• Create and evolve "Golden Path" test templates for contract, component, and integration testing that squads can easily adopt
• Establish risk-based testing strategies by identifying critical components and focusing quality efforts where they matter most
• Enable engineering squads through coaching, documentation, and hands-on pairing to build quality into their workflows
• Collaborate across Engineering, Support, and external testing partners to close feedback loops and improve release confidence

What you'll need

• Strong sociotechnical systems thinking with understanding of quality as interaction of people, code, pipelines, and data
• Hands-on experience building reliable feedback systems including tests, CI/CD pipelines, canaries, and observability
• Solid engineering fundamentals including TDD/BDD, CI/CD, and test strategy patterns like the Testing Pyramid
• Practical experience with modern testing tools such as Kotest, JUnit, or MockK
• Sound risk-based judgment and coaching mindset to guide teams on appropriate testing approaches
