Senior Structured Finance Manager

What you'll do

• Support the extensions, upsizing, and new jurisdiction processes for our asset-backed securitization programs for inventory, dealer receivables, and consumer loans
• Support the onboarding of new jurisdictions in current and new ABS facilities as well as new public market transactions, ensuring adequate processes are in place
• Lead initiatives to automate and optimize ABS related processes, reducing manual workload and enhancing efficiency
• Work closely with rating agencies, partner and prospect banks, external law firms, back-up servicers and corporate service providers
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, especially in Accounting, Cash Management and Reconciliation, Legal, Tax and Risk, Technology and Financial Systems, and FP&A to ensure smooth operational processes
