Product Intern

About the role

This is a full-time product role at Synthflow AI, an enterprise AI agent platform in Berlin. You'll work directly with the founding team to build AI products, talk to customers, and create prototypes and integrations that connect the product to customer workflows.

What you'll do

• Talk to customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities
• Build functional prototypes and MVPs using AI-native tools like Cursor, Lovable, Claude, and v0
• Design and build automations and integrations using Make, n8n, Zapier, and direct API integrations
• Write product specs, user stories, and prioritization frameworks
• Analyze product usage data to identify what's working and what to build next
• Research competitors and surface insights that shape roadmap decisions
• Work with engineering and design teams to scope, ship, and iterate on features
• Take on various tasks as needed in the fast-paced startup environment

What you'll need

• Recently completed or about to complete Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms like Make, n8n, or Zapier
• Experience using AI tools to build and ship real products
• Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
• Systems thinking approach to understanding feature connections and user flows
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Comfortable with ambiguity and turning vague problems into clear plans
• Technical enough to work with engineers, curious enough to engage with customers

Nice to have

• Built personal projects like apps, tools, or automations
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts like function calling, evals, RAG, and tool use
• Comfort with SQL, Python, or basic data analysis
• Understanding of B2B SaaS, enterprise software sales, or voice AI
• Previous startup experience
• German language skills
