About the role
You'll join Scout24's sales team as a B2B Sales professional, responsible for proactively acquiring new business customers for ImmoScout24. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, presenting solutions from the product portfolio, and building long-term business relationships through phone-based sales activities.
What you'll do
- Proactively acquire new B2B customers through targeted outreach
- Conduct needs analysis to understand potential customers' requirements and identify suitable solutions
- Win new customers through phone sales using strong sales skills and persuasive arguments
- Execute cross-selling and upselling strategies to maximize customer value
- Focus on continuously achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients
What you'll need
- Completed professional training or relevant work experience, ideally in B2B sales, account management, or real estate
- Previous sales experience with strong hunter mindset and high closing orientation
- Proactive, structured, goal and solution-oriented working style
- High level of self-motivation and entrepreneurial thinking
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- Team player who shares successes and motivates others
- Excellent German and English language skills
