About the role

You'll join Scout24's sales team as a B2B Sales professional, responsible for proactively acquiring new business customers for ImmoScout24. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, presenting solutions from the product portfolio, and building long-term business relationships through phone-based sales activities.

What you'll do

  • Proactively acquire new B2B customers through targeted outreach
  • Conduct needs analysis to understand potential customers' requirements and identify suitable solutions
  • Win new customers through phone sales using strong sales skills and persuasive arguments
  • Execute cross-selling and upselling strategies to maximize customer value
  • Focus on continuously achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients

What you'll need

  • Completed professional training or relevant work experience, ideally in B2B sales, account management, or real estate
  • Previous sales experience with strong hunter mindset and high closing orientation
  • Proactive, structured, goal and solution-oriented working style
  • High level of self-motivation and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
  • Team player who shares successes and motivates others
  • Excellent German and English language skills

Nice to have

  • Additional foreign language skills
  • Experience in real estate industry
