About the role

This is a technical HubSpot Specialist position focused on CRM excellence, working closely with the HubSpot Lead to optimize workflows and user experiences. You'll be the technical heartbeat of the portal, supporting 200+ global users across Sales, Marketing, and Accounting teams.

What you'll do

  • Support portal governance by managing daily HubSpot configuration, user permissions, and system health
  • Execute roadmap initiatives by building complex workflows, custom properties, and automated sequences
  • Manage independent HubSpot projects from scoping to implementation and troubleshooting
  • Conduct data-driven portal audits and implement optimization strategies
  • Provide training and documentation to ensure high-quality platform adoption globally
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Accounting to identify new use cases and support KPIs
  • Manage system architecture and data integrity through proactive maintenance and monitoring
  • Define reporting processes and maintain transparency on implementation impacts
  • Stay current with HubSpot updates and advocate for valuable new feature adoption

What you'll need

  • 2-5 years of hands-on, multi-Hub admin experience with paid HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and/or Operations Hubs
  • Cross-tool proficiency with Miro for process mapping and Notion for project management
  • Technical confidence to suggest efficient architectural solutions and see the bigger picture
  • Proven ability to manage technical projects independently with minimal supervision
  • Consultative mindset comfortable in front-facing roles and presenting to global teams
  • Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with commitment to transparent, scalable documentation
  • Analytical mindset with genuine enjoyment for data accuracy and CRM integration

Nice to have

  • HubSpot certifications in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or Operations Hub
