Founding Growth Marketer

About the role

You'll be telli's first marketing hire, building and owning the growth marketing engine from strategy to execution for a platform creating consumer-facing AI voice agents. This is a founding marketing role with opportunity to become Marketing Lead as the company scales.

What you'll do

• Translate technical AI voice agent products into compelling market messaging and positioning
• Work with founders, growth and product teams to shape how telli shows up across website, campaigns, press, and content
• Create content that converts customers and drives growth
• Build a repeatable marketing playbook with an AI-automation-first approach
• Experiment with and find new marketing channels for customer acquisition
• Own and execute the complete inbound growth engine across organic and paid channels
• Track, measure, and report on all marketing campaigns and experiments

What you'll need

• 1-3 years in growth or product marketing, ideally as one of the first marketing hires at an early-stage company
• Strong creative abilities to bring original ideas to messaging and campaigns
• Excellent positioning and storytelling skills to turn technical products into memorable narratives
• Data-driven approach making decisions based on experiments and numbers
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts, channels, and tools
• Aggressive use of AI and automation to optimize workflows
• Strong communication skills in both English and German
• Willingness to work on-site 5 days a week in Berlin
