About the role

You'll be responsible for actively selling Doctolib's AI Assistant (phone assistant and consultation assistant) to existing customers through proactive outreach and relationship building. This inside sales position focuses on upselling and cross-selling to help healthcare practices maximize their use of Doctolib's platform.

What you'll do

  • Conduct active sales of Doctolib's AI Assistant to existing customers through structured and proactive outreach
  • Lead targeted, empathetic conversations to understand needs, identify challenges, and present relevant solutions
  • Manage the entire sales cycle independently from first contact through consultation, proposal creation, objection handling, and deal closure
  • Work in a highly structured, KPI-oriented manner by tracking pipeline, measuring progress, and using feedback for continuous improvement
  • Document activities and results in Salesforce to contribute directly to revenue growth
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and other teams to optimize customer experiences

What you'll need

  • Enthusiasm for phone-based sales and proactive customer outreach, ideally with upsell or cross-sell experience
  • High intrinsic motivation with goal-oriented approach and ambition to meet KPIs consistently
  • Strong communication skills combined with high empathy to build trust and convey complex information clearly
  • Structured and self-responsible working style with ability to manage pipeline, priorities, and processes
  • Willingness to learn and openness to feedback with desire for continuous improvement
  • Native-level German and good English skills
  • Interest in digital innovations in healthcare

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in inside sales, telesales, or active customer account management
  • Completed university degree or comparable training
