About the role
You'll serve as the primary success manager for major healthcare clients (hospitals, medical centers) after onboarding, focusing on long-term satisfaction and driving digital transformation. This role combines strategic account management with revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
What you'll do
- Act as central contact for hospital directors, medical leaders, and department heads
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Lead strategic initiatives independently within your assigned accounts
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities with the sales team
- Analyze business and KPI data to develop actionable recommendations
- Drive product adoption and usage among clients
- Identify and prevent churn risks early
- Contribute to building Key Account Success processes, standards, and team structures
What you'll need
- Several years of experience in Key Account Management or Customer Success
- Strong focus on revenue growth, upselling, and cross-selling
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
- Experience managing complex accounts and building strategic C-level relationships
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness across all organizational levels
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience, ideally in SaaS, healthcare, or enterprise clients
