About the role

You'll serve as the primary success manager for major healthcare clients (hospitals, medical centers) after onboarding, focusing on long-term satisfaction and driving digital transformation. This role combines strategic account management with revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

What you'll do

  • Act as central contact for hospital directors, medical leaders, and department heads
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Lead strategic initiatives independently within your assigned accounts
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities with the sales team
  • Analyze business and KPI data to develop actionable recommendations
  • Drive product adoption and usage among clients
  • Identify and prevent churn risks early
  • Contribute to building Key Account Success processes, standards, and team structures

What you'll need

  • Several years of experience in Key Account Management or Customer Success
  • Strong focus on revenue growth, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
  • Experience managing complex accounts and building strategic C-level relationships
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness across all organizational levels
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience, ideally in SaaS, healthcare, or enterprise clients
