About the role

Join Synthflow AI as a Marketing Associate to help scale an enterprise AI agent platform from early stage to growth. You'll work directly with the founding team to build and execute marketing campaigns across paid, organic, content, and partnerships while making voice AI tangible for customers.

What you'll do

• Design and execute growth campaigns across paid, organic, content, and partnerships
• Create and publish content that makes voice AI accessible: LinkedIn posts, blog drafts, comparison pages, customer stories
• Build and optimize lead generation through landing pages, email sequences, and CTAs
• Monitor competitors, track market trends, and deliver actionable insights
• Prepare events, coordinate outreach, and develop partnerships
• Analyze performance data to determine what converts and what to test next

What you'll need

• Recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree seeking first full-time role
• Genuine interest in AI, startups, and how companies scale from early stage
• Strong German communication skills (written and verbal) plus good English
• Problem-solving ability without requiring step-by-step guidance
• Both creative and analytical mindset - design landing pages and analyze their performance
• High level of initiative - proactive rather than waiting for direction

Nice to have

• Built something yourself - a project, newsletter, community, or product
• Experience with SEO, paid ads, CRM tools, or marketing automation
• Basic understanding of AI/LLM products and B2B sales
• Startup experience, even informally
