Android Engineer - Kotlin

About the role

You'll take full ownership of developing Android apps using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose for voize's AI companion that helps nurses save time on admin work. This role involves working across the entire development cycle from concept to launch, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Take full ownership of the development and technical implementation of Android apps (Kotlin & Jetpack Compose)
• Build features that genuinely make users' lives easier, taking them from idea to launch
• Work closely with the product and engineering team to turn requirements into creative and efficient solutions
• Be involved in the entire development cycle: from concept and testing to user feedback

What you'll need

• Several years of experience in Android development with Kotlin and Compose
• Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD processes, and testing
• A keen eye for intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
• Deep understanding of Flow lifecycle and Operators
• Fluent English (C1 level)
• Resilience and ability to see challenges as opportunities
• Experience with iterative working - testing, learning, and improving constantly
• Strong communication and feedback skills
