About the role

This is a strategic Revenue Enablement Lead position to build Moss's enablement function from the ground up. You'll be the first enablement hire, responsible for creating systems, playbooks, and coaching frameworks to accelerate sales productivity and standardize selling across markets.

What you'll do

  • Build the Revenue Enablement Foundation by defining standardized sales methodology and core GTM Playbook
  • Design structured onboarding for AEs and xDRs to reduce time-to-first-pipeline and time-to-first-deal
  • Establish scalable training rhythms, call coaching frameworks and deal review standards
  • Create a single source of truth for GTM content and implement lightweight tooling for knowledge management
  • Partner with RevOps to define and track enablement KPIs, run targeted pilots, and optimize programs based on measurable outcomes

What you'll need

  • Experience building and delivering impactful enablement strategies within high growth B2B SaaS organizations
  • Proven ability to build structured, repeatable enablement systems from zero with clarity and discipline
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on pragmatism to turn frameworks into actionable playbooks and training
  • Data-driven approach with ability to define success metrics and iterate based on measurable business impact
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills to operate effectively across Sales, PMM, Product, CS and RevOps teams
  • Experience designing scalable knowledge and workflow systems that drive adoption without heavy process overhead

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in leveraging AI to accelerate content creation and improve efficiency
  • German language skills
