About the role

Lead and grow a high-performing team of Enterprise Customer Engagement Managers at Parloa, focusing on customer outcomes, team performance, and scalable impact across the Enterprise segment. You'll combine strategic customer leadership with people leadership to guide enterprise customers through implementation, adoption, optimization, and expansion while developing future leaders.

What you'll do

  • Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Engagement Managers through coaching, trust-building, and performance empowerment
  • Own and drive team KPIs across adoption, retention, expansion, and delivery excellence with measurable outcomes
  • Act as escalation point and support team in navigating complex stakeholder situations and enterprise-level challenges
  • Engage strategically with key enterprise accounts as executive sponsor, advisor, or escalation point
  • Create demonstrable customer value and ROI while navigating risks and unlocking expansion potential
  • Define and operationalize scalable processes, playbooks, and automation to support team growth
  • Advise enterprise organizations through their AI-driven customer experience journey with Parloa
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams

What you'll need

  • 6-8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management with enterprise customers
  • 1-2 years of people leadership experience with proven ability to coach and develop teams
  • Strong track record of owning outcomes and KPIs, driving adoption into renewals and expansion
  • Experience handling complex customer escalations and navigating senior stakeholder environments
  • Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution and high performance standards
  • Passion for AI, automation, and digital transformation with ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
