About the role
The Leadership Development Manager will drive leadership capability, enable high-performing teams, and support strategic change across GetYourGuide. This role focuses on translating business challenges into impactful learning experiences and partnering with leaders to drive organizational transformation.
What you'll do
- Partner with People Partners and senior leaders on major change management and leadership transformation initiatives
- Support strategic global initiatives including operating frameworks, decision-making processes, and goal setting
- Design and deliver leadership development programs, workshops, and learning journeys
- Manage key learning partnerships and vendor relationships to maximize value and impact
- Facilitate engaging leadership sessions, workshops, and cohort-based programs across the organization
What you'll need
- 5-8 years experience in leadership development, learning design, or organizational development
- Deep understanding of people management through coaching, facilitation, or management experience
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering learning experiences that drive behavioral change
- Strong facilitation skills with ability to engage audiences from new managers to senior leaders
- Experience in change management and behavioral design principles
- Tech-savvy with comfort leveraging AI and digital tools to scale impact
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
