About the role

Join Scout24's sales team as a B2B Sales Representative focused on acquiring new business customers for ImmoScout24. You'll proactively identify prospects, conduct needs analysis, and build long-term client relationships while contributing to ambitious revenue targets.

What you'll do

  • Proactively acquire new B2B customers through outbound sales activities
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and match them with appropriate solutions
  • Convert prospects into customers through phone-based sales and persuasive communication
  • Execute cross-selling and upselling strategies to maximize customer value
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients

What you'll need

  • Completed vocational training or relevant experience in B2B sales, account management, or real estate
  • Proven sales experience with strong hunter mindset and closing orientation
  • Proactive, structured, goal-oriented working approach
  • High self-motivation and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong team collaboration skills
  • Excellent German and English language skills
