About the role
Join Scout24's sales team as a B2B Sales Representative focused on acquiring new business customers for ImmoScout24. You'll proactively identify prospects, conduct needs analysis, and build long-term client relationships while contributing to ambitious revenue targets.
What you'll do
- Proactively acquire new B2B customers through outbound sales activities
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and match them with appropriate solutions
- Convert prospects into customers through phone-based sales and persuasive communication
- Execute cross-selling and upselling strategies to maximize customer value
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients
What you'll need
- Completed vocational training or relevant experience in B2B sales, account management, or real estate
- Proven sales experience with strong hunter mindset and closing orientation
- Proactive, structured, goal-oriented working approach
- High self-motivation and entrepreneurial thinking
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Excellent German and English language skills
