About the role
As an AI Operations Specialist, you'll be creating and leading a new strategic position focused on identifying automation opportunities across operational teams. You'll work with internal and external partners to implement AI agents from initial analysis through to production deployment.
What you'll do
- Analyze operational processes in Customer Care, Logistics, and Quality Assurance to identify AI automation potential
- Design, test, and implement AI agents in collaboration with external AI partners
- Monitor agent performance and continuously optimize for accuracy, speed, and cost efficiency
- Act as interface between Operations, IT, and AI partners, translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Document processes and train operational teams for independent usage after go-live
- Report progress, realized savings, and automation ROI to Operations leadership
What you'll need
- 2-4 years experience in Operations, Process Optimization, Business Analysis, or comparable field
- Proven experience in automating operational processes (RPA, AI tools, workflow automation)
- Strong analytical thinking to break down complex processes into automatable steps
- Technical understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations
- Proficient in Python for scripting, data analysis, and automation
- Fluent German and English (C1+)
Nice to have
- Experience with AI agents or prompt engineering
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Zapier, Make.com or similar platforms
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with Customer Care, Logistics, or QA
- Background in fast-growing companies or scale-ups
