You'll be a Product Engineer at Knowunity, building AI-powered learning features for millions of students worldwide. This role combines product thinking with engineering execution to shape the future of personalized education technology.
What you'll do
- Build personalized video learning experiences at scale
- Develop topic prediction and AI-powered guidance systems
- Create interactive practice elements and multi-modal learning outputs
- Design new learning experiences for Gen Alpha students
- Implement social features that bring students together while maintaining AI companion benefits
- Ship A/B tests to millions of users quickly
- Own features end-to-end from conception to delivery
- Contribute to product direction and engineering quality decisions
What you'll need
- Software engineering experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Flutter OR experience building B2C apps for large userbases
- Strong interest in consumer products and solving real user problems
- Fluent English
- Ready to work from Berlin office
- Product-first mindset with focus on user outcomes
- Ability to move fast without cutting corners
- Experience leveraging AI as a force multiplier
Nice to have
- German language skills
- Experience with Golang, PostgreSQL, AWS, Kubernetes
- Knowledge of LLM providers and AI routing engines
- Experience with BigQuery and dbt
