About the role

This is a Procurement Specialist position responsible for managing day-to-day procurement operations across Raisin Group's global fintech platform. You'll serve as the central point of contact for procurement queries while optimizing processes, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance across all purchasing workflows.

What you'll do

  • Manage and execute daily procurement operations ensuring compliant and efficient purchasing workflows
  • Serve as central contact for procurement queries across Legal, Finance, Risk, and Security departments
  • Own and enhance ZIP platform usage, driving adoption and process automation
  • Lead vendor onboarding and ongoing management aligned with compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify sourcing needs and negotiate commercial terms
  • Establish and maintain procurement policies and guidelines for consistency
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify cost, quality, and timeline optimization opportunities
  • Support cross-functional initiatives for spend management and contract lifecycle improvements

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of procurement experience, especially managing indirect spend and services
  • Experience leading cross-functional procurement workflows with Legal, Risk, InfoSec, and Finance
  • Proficiency with procurement platforms such as Zip, Coupa, Ariba, or similar tools
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills to translate procurement needs to business stakeholders
  • Self-starter comfortable in dynamic, high-growth environments and ambiguous situations

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or regulated industries
  • Multi-country procurement and vendor onboarding standards knowledge
  • Familiarity with procurement compliance including data privacy, infosec, and regulatory requirements
