About the role

You'll be responsible for lead acquisition and customer development in the Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria regions for ecoworks, a construction tech company focused on serial energy-efficient renovations of multi-family buildings. This role combines sales development with technical consultation to help housing companies transition to climate-neutral building operations.

What you'll do

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers via email, phone, social media, and networking to generate appointments
  • Systematically qualify leads and prioritize opportunities
  • Provide product consultation and presentations on housing and real estate solutions
  • Create initial standardized property analyses and project calculations using specialized software
  • Prepare detailed profiles of project requests and key insights for the Pre-Construction team
  • Use and maintain CRM tools (HubSpot) to identify and document prospects
  • Develop multipliers and influencers within organizations to accelerate decision-making
  • Attend industry-relevant trade shows and events
  • Build knowledge of market trends, competitive strategies, and innovations

What you'll need

  • Education or degree with real estate or construction industry background
  • Several years of professional experience in housing, real estate, or construction industry
  • Previous experience in sales or direct customer communication (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, enjoy networking, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Structured, independent working style with analytical capabilities
  • Willingness to travel nationwide and ideally based in Baden-Württemberg or Bavaria
  • Native-level German proficiency
