About the role
As a Junior People Operations Manager at Raisin, you will support international business units with all employee-related matters and ensure smooth operational HR processes. You'll serve as a key point of contact for employees throughout their lifecycle while contributing to global People Operations practices across all entities.
What you'll do
- Act as point of contact for employees, supporting them throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Handle HR administrative tasks including employment contracts, parental leave requests, reference letters, and HRIS data maintenance
- Support day-to-day People Operations service delivery by collaborating with HR teams, Legal, Payroll, and IT
- Address employee inquiries and operational issues, escalating complex matters when appropriate
- Independently manage projects on benefits, onboarding/offboarding, process optimization, and knowledge base expansion
- Ensure consistent and reliable People Operations processes across global locations
What you'll need
- University degree or commercial apprenticeship, preferably in Human Resources or business administration
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations or comparable HR role, preferably in fast-paced environment
- Solid knowledge of German labor law
- Strong service mindset with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Reliable, independent work style with high accuracy and team collaboration abilities
- Fluent German and very good English skills
Nice to have
- Experience with international HR processes (UK, Spain, Italy)
- Experience with Personio, Jira, and Google Workspace
