About the role
We're seeking a Senior Data Analyst to help build a data-driven product culture at Zenjob, an AI-powered flexible staffing platform. You'll translate business goals into measurable outcomes, improve experimentation practices, and influence product decisions through data insights.
What you'll do
- Work with Product and Business teams to define success, health, and diagnostic metrics
- Turn complex data into insights that inform roadmap and prioritization decisions
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable opportunities
- Partner on hypothesis design and A/B test setup and interpretation
- Drive consistent metric definitions and OKR alignment across teams
- Maintain clarity and single source of truth in dashboards and reporting
- Identify required data and work with Data Platform and Engineering teams
- Prepare and model data to support reliable analysis and self-service usage
- Build dashboards and visualizations that clarify trends and decisions
- Guide stakeholders to become more self-sufficient with data
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in product or business analytics with demonstrated business impact
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Hands-on experience designing and interpreting A/B tests in real product environments
- Strength in prioritization and stakeholder alignment in fast-moving settings
- Ability to work comfortably with evolving or imperfect data
- Clear storytelling and strong communication skills
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Metabase
Nice to have
- Experience with dbt or analytics engineering practices
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms (e.g. Optimizely, ABsmartly)
- Experience with product analytics tools (e.g. Indicative, Amplitude)
- Marketplace or supply-demand analytics experience
