About the role
As a Senior Supply Chain Planner, you will take ownership of international supply planning and P2P processes for our chilled temperature zones. In this role, you'll play a key part in scaling our operations by supporting the ramp-up of a new chilled hub, managing a spend of up to €20M while enabling production growth across our European markets.
What you'll do
- Lead the ramp-up of the chilled site by planning and executing operations, including onboarding 6+ suppliers and 60+ SKUs to ensure availability from day one.
- Drive operational excellence by owning the end-to-end P2P process via HelloConnect, acting as a functional lead and mentor while continuously optimizing lead times and MOQs.
- Act as the primary partner for our 3PW vendor, managing budgeting, performance, and the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Take ownership of supply and inventory planning by developing comprehensive supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, ensuring healthy inventory turnover and appropriate safety stock levels.
- Proactively identify supply risks, lead root-cause analyses, and implement waste reduction initiatives to minimize obsolescence across the network.
What you'll need
- Demonstrate advanced planning expertise with deep knowledge of supply planning, capacity management, and inventory segmentation within complex, multi-market networks.
- Bring hands-on experience in optimizing Procure-to-Pay processes and working with ERP and planning systems such as HelloConnect, SPS, or Inventory Planner.
- Show strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align diverse groups, from local market planners to 3PW executives, even under tight deadlines.
- Apply an analytical mindset to assess forecast deviations and supply chain data, driving continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
- Exhibit an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach, balancing operational involvement with the strategic vision required to scale a new business area.
