About the role

You will lead a team of 8 FTE who together support the Enpal Sales Organization with all personnel-related topics. You serve as the central point of contact for managing directors and executives, supporting them with empathy, confidence, and solution orientation.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of 8 FTE who together support the Enpal Sales Organization with all personnel-related topics
• Serve as central point of contact for managing directors and executives, supporting them with empathy, confidence, and solution orientation
• Support your team hands-on in daily business: from onboarding through individual labor law cases to monthly payroll processing
• Manage the complexity of our variable compensation models and their monthly payout to nearly 1000 sales employees in payroll
• Work closely with Legal, Finance, and our external payroll partners – reliably, solution-oriented and on equal footing
• React flexibly and proactively to short-term requests or changing requirements while advancing the long-term goals of the People Department
