About the role
You'll be a Technical Support Manager at Propstack, a growing real estate tech startup, working directly with the Customer Care team. This role combines technical expertise with strong communication skills to support real estate professionals using Propstack's CRM solutions.
What you'll do
- Identify customer needs by understanding real estate broker requirements
- Handle user requests through modern ticket system, analyzing and documenting issues independently and with team
- Provide technical support for errors, updates, and installations via phone, chat, email, and remote maintenance software
- Prepare complex requests for development team and escalate to 3rd level support
- Create and deliver training videos and webinars
- Support customer onboarding processes when needed
- Maintain and create FAQ articles
- Prioritize tasks independently with structured approach
What you'll need
- IT training (computer science specialist, IT system administrator, computer scientist, network administrator) or minimum 2 years IT support experience
- Alternatively, minimum 3 years experience in real estate industry
- Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent German and good to very good English skills
- Strong sense for user needs and ability to remain calm in difficult situations
- Excellent communication skills and friendly, approachable manner across all contact channels
