Senior Analytics Manager, Supply

About the role

Lead the Supply Analytics team at GetYourGuide to define how the company measures and grows the supply side of their marketplace. You'll build analytics foundations that power decision-making across Product, Sales, and Operations while managing a high-performing team and influencing executive strategy.

What you'll do

• Shape supply strategy with data by guiding critical business decisions on market expansion, supplier prioritization, and resource allocation
• Build measurement systems and frameworks to understand the supplier lifecycle and experience from scratch
• Lead, strengthen, and scale a high-performing analytics team while developing team members
• Influence executive-level decisions by translating complex analyses into strategic recommendations
• Partner with senior leaders across Product, Sales, and Operations to align analytics work with business impact
• Stay hands-on with analytical work, developing insights and setting excellence standards for the team
• Establish analytics best practices, frameworks, and processes company-wide

What you'll need

• Proven leadership experience hiring, developing, and scaling teams in fast-growth environments
• Experience managing managers with strong leadership skills
• Track record of shaping roadmaps, influencing resource allocation, and building measurement frameworks
• Hands-on technical fluency with SQL, experimentation design, and strategic analytics
• Ability to translate complex analyses into crisp recommendations for executives
• Experience knowing when to push back on ideas and communicate uncertainty effectively
