Equity Compensation Analyst

About the role

HelloFresh is seeking a global Equity Compensation Analyst to manage day-to-day administration of the company's global equity incentive plans. This role involves maintaining equity data integrity, ensuring compliance with international tax and securities laws, and providing support for employees with their equity awards.

What you'll do

• Support end-to-end delivery of quarterly grant cycles and act as power user for equity compensation platforms
• Execute monthly and quarterly vesting events including sell-to-cover transactions across multiple jurisdictions
• Build automated equity compensation dashboards and conduct pay equity reviews
• Research and track equity commitments to support annual budgeting processes
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure SOX compliance
• Work with Payroll on accurate tax withholding and reporting for equity events
• Manage relationships with external equity platform vendors
• Partner with Finance and Legal teams on quarterly equity reconciliations and reporting
• Ensure compliance with EU Pay Transparency Directive and local securities laws
• Act as primary contact for employee inquiries regarding equity awards and vesting schedules
• Create user-friendly guides and training materials for equity program education

What you'll need

• 3+ years of equity compensation experience in fast-paced global technology or e-commerce company
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, or related field
• Exceptional analytical skills with experience handling large data sets and building advanced data models
• High level of accuracy in managing large volumes of data calculations
• Proven track record administering equity compensation programs in dynamic environments
• Experience navigating complexity and ambiguity with ability to adapt to evolving business needs
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Google Sheets or Excel proficiency required
