About the role

You'll be responsible for planning and implementing heat pump projects, supporting customers through the transition to renewable energy systems. This role involves technical project planning, feasibility assessments, and coordination with installation partners across Germany.

What you'll do

• Independently plan heat pump projects with support from a competent team
• Conduct feasibility assessments for heat pump installations in single and multi-family homes
• Support customers with current heating subsidies and coordinate with nationwide partners
• Create project documentation and monitor continuous progress
• Prepare material lists for heat pump installations

What you'll need

• Experience with heat pumps, HVAC systems, or heat load analysis
• Proficient in standard office software with quick learning ability for new systems
• Proactive hands-on mentality with strong teamwork and communication skills
• Independent and goal-oriented work approach
• Fluent German language skills
