About the role
As a Performance Marketing Manager at AMBOSS, you'll drive user acquisition across international markets for their medical education platform. You'll own and scale paid media campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize conversion and growth.
What you'll do
- Own and scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads for international markets
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and pacing to maximize ROAS while hitting volume targets
- Develop and run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audience strategies
- Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Looker, and channel dashboards
- Collaborate with product marketing, creative, web, and local teams for message consistency
- Report on KPIs including CPA, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates
What you'll need
- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads
- Strong data analysis skills with GA4, Looker, Excel/Sheets, and attribution platforms
- Expertise in A/B testing, funnel analysis, and conversion rate optimization
- Ability to connect campaign performance to broader business goals
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams
- Creative judgment for briefing and evaluating ad creatives
