About the role

As a Performance Marketing Manager at AMBOSS, you'll drive user acquisition across international markets for their medical education platform. You'll own and scale paid media campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize conversion and growth.

What you'll do

  • Own and scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads for international markets
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and pacing to maximize ROAS while hitting volume targets
  • Develop and run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audience strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Looker, and channel dashboards
  • Collaborate with product marketing, creative, web, and local teams for message consistency
  • Report on KPIs including CPA, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates

What you'll need

  • Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads
  • Strong data analysis skills with GA4, Looker, Excel/Sheets, and attribution platforms
  • Expertise in A/B testing, funnel analysis, and conversion rate optimization
  • Ability to connect campaign performance to broader business goals
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams
  • Creative judgment for briefing and evaluating ad creatives
  • Growth mindset with curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
