About the role
Zenjob is seeking a CRM Strategy Lead to own and evolve lifecycle marketing across their two-sided marketplace connecting students with flexible work opportunities and companies with temporary staffing solutions. This role focuses on activation, engagement, and retention strategies for both B2C talents and B2B employers, combining lifecycle strategy, content development, and data-driven optimization.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute end-to-end lifecycle strategies across key touchpoints for both B2C and B2B audiences
- Design B2B lifecycle programs across stages to drive order activation and repeat usage
- Lead B2C lifecycle initiatives from activation to re-engagement to increase active talents
- Oversee CRM and lifecycle marketing infrastructure, optimizing tools for campaign execution
- Leverage Braze, Adjust, and AI automation to improve segmentation and personalization
- Generate actionable insights from CRM data on campaign performance and customer behavior
- Lead and develop a CRM/MarTech team, providing strategic direction
- Partner with product, marketing, commercial, and data teams
- Drive innovation in segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle communication
- Continuously test and optimize CRM campaigns and messaging
What you'll need
- Proven track record implementing CRM lifecycle strategies across B2C and B2B environments
- Strong ability to develop insight-driven CRM content and campaigns
- Strategic thinking capability for designing scalable lifecycle programs
- Strong analytical skills with CRM performance data and marketing metrics
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Braze, Adjust, Tableau, Google Analytics
- Fluency in both English and German
- Energetic and driven with strong ownership and execution focus
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic understanding of CRM's business impact
- Team leadership capabilities and collaborative approach
