About the role
Bounti is building the AI-native infrastructure layer for frontline teams — spanning training, audits, and autonomous operations. This is a Sales Development Representative role with real ownership, close collaboration with leadership, and a clear path toward becoming an AE, Expansion Lead, or stepping into GTM leadership.
What you'll do
- Outbound Execution: Design and execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Lead Qualification: Take ownership of both outbound and inbound qualification, spotting high-potential opportunities
- Lead Generation & Research: Identify, analyze, and prioritize target accounts and relevant personas
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with AEs and the founder to sharpen messaging and improve pipeline performance
- CRM Management: Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date data in HubSpot
- Process Optimization: Share insights, experiment with new approaches, and continuously raise the bar on performance
What you'll need
- Comfortable on the phone, thoughtful about messaging, and motivated by ambitious targets
- Coachable, proactive, and eager to develop quickly; ambitious and hungry to grow
- Fluent in German and confident in English

- €55,000 base, €70,000 OTE, and up to €80,000 all-in with uncapped revenue commission
