About the role
Business Development Manager position at CarOnSale, Europe's modern B2B automotive marketplace. You'll develop new sales channels, manage strategic projects, and build partnerships with major clients to drive company growth and success.
What you'll do
- Take full responsibility for strategic sales projects from market analysis and acquisition to successful implementation with new customers
- Manage and develop key accounts (OEMs & large fleets) for national and international scaling
- Identify, proactively approach and acquire new customers, building them into long-term partners
- Design targeted sales initiatives to increase revenue and optimize internal sales processes
- Generate actionable business insights from operational market feedback to refine go-to-market strategy
- Manage communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders (customers, partners, investors)
What you'll need
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or comparable role in technology-driven environments
- Proven track record in customer acquisition and development with responsibility for performance and growth results
- Strong project management skills, analytical thinking, and hands-on mentality
- Excellent German (C2) and English (minimum C1) communication skills
- High resilience, proactivity, and strong results orientation in demanding, fast-growing team environment
