Senior ML/AI Solutions Engineer

About the role

Moonfare is seeking a Senior Machine Learning/AI Solutions Engineer to bridge business needs with AI capabilities, focusing on leveraging existing tools and platforms to deliver intelligent automation. You'll partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact operational problems and design end-to-end AI solutions using vendor tools and agentic workflows.

What you'll do

• Serve as internal AI subject matter expert and advise leadership on AI opportunities
• Act as liaison between business units and technical teams, translating operational challenges into AI solution requirements
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions using low-code/no-code platforms and vendor tools
• Evaluate, select, and integrate commercial and cloud-native AI services to maximize business value
• Establish and maintain company-wide AI Tooling Governance framework
• Educate non-technical stakeholders on LLMs and AI technologies in business-focused language
• Guide architectural decisions for prompt orchestration and workflow management
• Work with Security and Compliance teams to ensure secure and compliant AI use
• Drive solution performance evaluation and ROI tracking

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in technology or solutions architecture roles, with 2+ years in AI/LLM solutions
• Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows
• Experience with vendor-based AI solutions and workflow orchestration tools
• Exceptional communication skills for executive and non-technical audiences
• Ability to identify and prioritize business problems suitable for AI intervention
• Strong familiarity with AI risk, safety, and governance frameworks

• Experience with AI governance frameworks in regulated industries
