- You are a reliable contact person for our existing customers and those interested in our services, providing professional support via phone, email, or chat
- For complex inquiries, you coordinate with relevant departments and partners to ensure timely, solution-oriented support, escalating requests to our Tier 2 Support when needed
- You take independent responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction and actively strengthen customer retention
- You continuously expand your expertise in the financial sector through internal training and personal initiative
- You use customer feedback to identify improvement potential in our product and internal processes, working closely with the Product, Capital Markets, and Operations teams
