About the role

This is a Director of Partnerships position at Moss, a SaaS scale-up that provides spend management solutions. You'll transform the partnerships function into a major growth driver by leading a team of 6-8 Partner Managers and building scalable partner programmes across channels, strategic alliances, ISVs, and technology partners.

What you'll do

  • Design and scale partnership strategy across accounting/tax advisors, technology integrations, and referral partners
  • Lead and grow a team of 6-8 Partner Managers, setting KPIs and fostering continuous improvement
  • Drive partner-sourced revenue by building predictable pipeline that contributes to net-new ARR
  • Strengthen partner ecosystem by owning strategic relationships, running QBRs, and driving joint initiatives
  • Build dashboards to track pipeline and performance, using insights to optimise partner programmes

What you'll need

  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales in B2B SaaS or FinTech
  • Proven success building and scaling partner programmes that deliver measurable ARR impact
  • Experience leading a team of Partner Managers or Partner Account Managers
  • Ideally experience within SMB space and accounting/tax advisor ecosystems
  • Expertise in identifying, segmenting, and prioritising partner ecosystems
  • Data-driven approach with ability to use dashboards and KPIs to guide focus
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
