About the role
This is a Director of Partnerships position at Moss, a SaaS scale-up that provides spend management solutions. You'll transform the partnerships function into a major growth driver by leading a team of 6-8 Partner Managers and building scalable partner programmes across channels, strategic alliances, ISVs, and technology partners.
What you'll do
- Design and scale partnership strategy across accounting/tax advisors, technology integrations, and referral partners
- Lead and grow a team of 6-8 Partner Managers, setting KPIs and fostering continuous improvement
- Drive partner-sourced revenue by building predictable pipeline that contributes to net-new ARR
- Strengthen partner ecosystem by owning strategic relationships, running QBRs, and driving joint initiatives
- Build dashboards to track pipeline and performance, using insights to optimise partner programmes
What you'll need
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales in B2B SaaS or FinTech
- Proven success building and scaling partner programmes that deliver measurable ARR impact
- Experience leading a team of Partner Managers or Partner Account Managers
- Ideally experience within SMB space and accounting/tax advisor ecosystems
- Expertise in identifying, segmenting, and prioritising partner ecosystems
- Data-driven approach with ability to use dashboards and KPIs to guide focus
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
