DevOps Engineer (w/m/x/d)

About the role

As a DevOps Engineer, you'll build and maintain the infrastructure that keeps our development teams moving fast. You'll own our DevOps environment end-to-end from self-service developer, QA, and staging environments to production release management.

What you'll do

• Design, deploy, and maintain self-service environments for development, QA, and staging
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines and production release processes
• Administer Windows Server and Linux infrastructure
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployments
• Manage and tune SQL databases
• Maintain virtualization platforms
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve developer experience and velocity
• Work with AI-powered development tools and workflows

What you'll need

• 5-8 years of experience in a DevOps, systems engineering, or infrastructure role (or equivalent)
• Solid experience with Windows Server and Linux administration (on-premise/cloud)
• Proficiency with SQL databases
• Scripting skills in Python and Shells
• Working knowledge of Git / GitHub / GitLab workflows
• Understanding of CI/CD principles, infrastructure-as-code, and release management
• A willingness to learn and adopt AI-driven development practices
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
