About the role

You will develop and take responsibility for our holistic SEO strategy from Technical SEO through Content to Offpage measures – making SEO a central growth driver for Enpal.

What you'll do

• You develop and take responsibility for our holistic SEO strategy from Technical SEO through Content to Offpage measures – making SEO a central growth driver for Enpal
• You lead and develop the SEO team both professionally and disciplinarily, promote individual strengths and create a culture of personal responsibility, learning and measurable success
• You strategically control the SEO roadmap, set clear priorities and orchestrate all measures along measurable KPIs with direct business impact
• You work closely with Communications, Product, Tech and Design and drive technical and content SEO projects forward in a partnership-oriented and solution-focused manner
• You are responsible for central Technical SEO topics such as crawlability, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals and structured data and ensure a sustainably scalable technical foundation
• You develop a data-driven content and link building strategy with focus on E-E-A-T, keyword clusters and organic growth that continuously strengthens our visibility and authority
• You develop a future-oriented GEO strategy (Generative Engine Optimization) for visibility in AI-supported search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity etc.) including content optimization for LLM citations
• You stay on the pulse of time, recognize trends and new developments in the SEO and marketing environment early and use them to experiment, learn and open up new opportunities
